SUMMARY:District Choir Auditions
DESCRIPTION:Times: As scheduled\, with preference given to those who register first. \nRegistration: We are working on piloting a new registration method. If it is set-up and ready to roll\, that will be communicated. If not\, we will use a google form like year’s previous. I will send out a link to register on the form on Friday\, August 28th\, and registration will close Friday\, September 4th at 11:59 PM. Any late registration will cost double the registration fee and scheduled at the convenience of the coordinator. \nRegistration Restrictions: You can register up to 8 singers per voice part (Soprano\, Alto\, Tenor\, Bass) equalling a total of 32 singers. Students in grade 9-12 can audition. \nEligibility: I want to remind you that this is a MSHSAA sanctioned event\, and students and schools must meet all MSHSAA Eligibility requirements. \nInvoicing: Send me an email with request for invoice\, and I will get one sent to you. The new registration system might auto-generate invoices \nChecks: Should be made out to “NWMCDA” PO’s will not be accepted. Please have payment when you arrive the day of auditions.
